- All Sales are Final
- We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days after receipt to replace damaged goods.
- The goods must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure your order number is included on the packaging.
- Upon receipt of the return we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.
- If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs
Annual Subscription For Zen & Sandman – Terms & Conditions
- You must have a valid email address and a Credit Card and/or Debit Card to set up and participate in MitoZen Autoship Program.
- By placing an Autoship order, whether by online, placing a telephone order through a Sales Representative, facsimile, by mail, or otherwise, you are bound by these MitoZen Autoship Terms and Conditions.
- By placing an Annual Autoship order, you authorize MitoZen to automatically place and ship you an order every 12 weeks for your selected Autoship items.
- Your credit card will be charged monthly.
- There will be no sales tax or shipping fees associated with this autoship program.
- By placing an Autoship order, you authorize MitoZen to charge the credit card you provided for subsequent Autoship orders until you cancel your Autoship order.
- If your credit card is declined at time of Autoship order placement, your order will not be placed and you will be notified that your Autoship payment has failed and you need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Autoship order will be placed. To update your credit card information, please contact us at 941.330.8553.
- Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment type accepted for Autoship Order payment. Store Credit, Gift Certificates, Checks, PayPal, and Bill Me Later will not be accepted.
- An Autoship order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email will be sent after each Autoship order is processed and shipped. Once an Autoship order is scheduled, no emails will be sent before subsequent Autoship order shipments are processed.
- Any backordered Autoship order item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Cancellation of Autoship Orders
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, it must be done by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 941.330.8553. You will only be charged for the products you have already received. Unless modified by you, the credit card you used to set up the initial Autoship order will be charged for subsequent orders.
- Canceling an Autoship Order will stop all future shipments of that order.
- To resume your Autoship Order after you have cancelled it, you will need to create a new Autoship Order.
Modifying Your Autoship Order
Modifying subsequent Autoship orders is easy. Simply by contacting customer service at 941.330.8553. You can perform the following modifications to your Autoship Order(s):
- Update payment information
- Update billing / shipping addresses
Acceptance of Autoship Terms and Conditions
- By placing an Autoship order, whether online at MitoZen.com or by placing a telephone order through a MitoSales Representative, facsimile, by email, or otherwise, you are agreeing to be bound by these MitoZen Autoship Terms and Conditions, as well as MitoZen’s general Terms and Conditions.
MitoZen reserves the right to update or revise these Autoship Terms and Conditions at any time. If MitoZen makes material changes to these Autoship Terms and Conditions, we will provide you notice by posting a notice on the website for 30 days. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or any changes proposed by MitoZen, your only remedy is to cancel your Autoship Order(s).
